Meet Andrew and Renée Renken, proud owners of the EverBean Coffee Company. Both they and their staff are committed to serving the loyal customers of Evergreen, as well as welcoming new folks who might want a new spin on things.
The Renkens moved to Evergreen 7 years ago from Toronto, Canada. They enjoy spending time outside in nature camping, skiing, and hiking with their two children and dog.
Working in fast paced and dynamic environments, meeting new people, and being a part of the community is important to the Renkens. With both having extensive hospitality/restaurant management experience and Renée being a trained chef, the EverBean’s future certainly looks auspicious. Andrew and Renée plan to bring their own spin to this classic cafe by adding a little flair to the menu and offerings. Also, stay tuned as new and improved updates happen to the store’s interior!
